“Koala has been good, however my dog passed last November and the Emergency clinic that filled this saw him then for hospice care, with the knowledge he would be euthanized in a couple of days. I’m not sure why they approved a refill almost a year later.”
“I placed my first order and received good notifications of when my shipment will be delivered. My order came sooner than I had expected. The only problem is, I received someone else’s order but when it spoke to the agent, I received positive assurance that I will receive a reshipment of what I had ordered. I am still waiting my my reshipment but I am positive it will be delivered in a timely manner.”
