I am currently trying to resolve an invoice matter. I received a code %40 percent discount where I receive $50 discount, and I was invoiced, but then I was charged and received only $40 off. I was informed that the code had a $40 max discount. I believe that you should honor the invoiced price and discount code. I believe that I will go to chewy next time based on this experience and if you do not honor your discounts.
