Great except the communication with our vet. Rx was ordered several weeks before I got a call from Koala saying that they weren’t able to get ahold of vet. Asked me to call vet, which I did, and vet said they didn’t have any communication attempts from Koala. It was resolved, but I was stuck in the middle which was frustrating.
