Excellent experience! Did have some delay in processing the order, but called and was assisted by a very pleasant and helpful women. Got expedited shipping and received medication on time! Loved the packaging and personalized note and Molly loves her bandanna!😀 Price cannot be beat! I will highly recommend Koala to friends and family!
