Up till last delivery was very happy with everything.
Recent delivery was late and because of a temporary increase in dose we needed shipment on 5th of Dec. But didn't arrive till 12th of Dec.
I had to contact Koala to remind them delivery was late and then they finally shipped. Up till now they were highly efficient with getting renewals for orders and shipping on time
..hope the cause of this error is corrected so problem gets resolved..must also say they never even apologized for delay which also seemed unusual for the company
