Good service, Koala had the medicine I needed, in stock at a good price. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the lack of communication. When the order had not shipped after a week, I grew concerned and contacted the company. I was informed that my vet had not responded to Koala's request to approve the prescription. The vet was dragging her feet, so the delay was her fault. Howevet, Koala should have notified me that there was a problem when the vet did not respond afteer three days. I called the vet and lit a fire under her. Within2 hours, Koala had shipped the medicine. Once the medicine was shipped, it only took two days to arrive. The medicine was exactly what I ordered in t he quantity prescribed. I am very happy with Koala and will do business with them again m the future.
