I have never ordered Pet meds online before and my experience was second to none. Koala not only took care of everything in a timely manner (from order receipt, contacting my vet for the prescription, prompt mailing of the item) they also packaged the item in a way that made me, and my puppy Max feel like we were part of the Koala family.
I will be coming back to Koala for all my pet med ordering!
