So I'm not sure what happened but it took a month to get my meds, could have been my vets fault, however I've never had this problem with taking forever before. Of course I was using other providers for shipping. I won't name any here.
I have to say as soon as I got on the horn and called Koala the girl expedited my meds very quickly, not sure here name but she was great!
Only suggestion is to be more timely as some pets rely on these meds for survival and running out it detrimental.
