Excellent packing. Order was accurate. Good communication. Took 11 days to get my order from the time I ordered to delivery. That includes one holiday, a weekend, getting authorization from my vet, and shipping time. So probably fairly average. Nice inserts, including hand written note thanking me for my order. Price was good with discount offer. Will consider ordering again from here.
