Extremely easy process. Koala contacted my vet and acquired the prescription and we received my dogs medication in the mail quickly after. I have a 140 lb Rottweiler and like most medication his dose is based on his weight..Koala was cheaper than every other website, my vet included. This was how I found and chose Koala. Very thankful to have his medication automatically ordered and delivered every month.
