There was no communication whatsoever when Koala had not heard back from my vet. I do wish in the future if there was an issue confirming the prescription that I would be notified so I can quickly reach out to the vet as I did on this occasion, rather than waiting over a month before I finally reached out to find out where my order was.
That being said, once I reached out, responses were quick, friendly and professional and the packaging upon receiving was very well presented. As an Australian, we’re loving the Koala bandana :)
