I have mixed feelings about Koala Health. While I like the convenience (and discount as a new customer), I was frustrated by the time it took to fill the prescription (6 days before it was mailed, not 1-3 as mentioned on the website). I do like all the info that came with my prescription - very helpful. I'm also not a fan of being kept in the dark about my auto-refill. Unlike some other pet pharmacies (like Chewy), I can't do anything online - everything is by phone. Want your prescription a few days earlier or later? You have to call. Want to cancel? You have to call. What a pain!
