Took a couple days to receive email reply sometimes. Took at least 7 days to manage to get vet approval, I had to call to find out what's going on. No email explaining delay. Disappointed.
Plus the "How to use 1-month Bravecto" sheets give wrong information. Sheets received are for 3-month Bravecto. Lack of, attention to detail
