Services are very convenient. My only issue is I hadn't heard anything and my order wasn't updated online after a week of placing it. I contacted customer service and they responded they had a question about my order. Why did it take a week and me reaching out for this question to be asked? It was after I answered the question and told them I needed my dog's meds ASAP that they 'rushed' the order and was able to ship it a few days later. I would hope in the future if there are any questions that the owner would be contacted within a few days of placing the order.
