Many things worked well: price, quality, email replies, having the right medications, friendliness. One things was worrisome: Koala held the shipment until both were in hand (save money?) even though the one that was needed (Proin) was delayed so it arrived after the last pills were used. We made it, but it was close. You mailed on Thursday/Friday, and it arrived late Wednesday. If the package had been put into the USPS system on Thursday (not just an internal Koala Outbox), it would have arrived Monday or Tuesday.
