Impressed with the website, good pricing, and responses. Wasn't as thrilled with the time between order and shipping. Did a backup order a week ago with Chewy.com since no movement on this order in a week and both orders arrived same day. Communication would be key for me... submitted request to vet in x day and haven't heard back... something where I can help push it along would be helpful.
