My Pomeranian is 10 years old and he's developed heart condition. He's been on two heart pills for 2 years now and they've become quite costly to my budget. So I did some shopping around and stumbled upon Koala. Great low prices but the time it took get Koala to contact my Vet and then get back to me was way too long. I requested these Rx well in advance so I could have the refills before he ran out. I believe by the time I received them from Koala he had just run out of the one. I think I'm set up on auto refill so things will be quicker in the future. When I asked about expedited shipping I was told it would be mailed by USPS and Koala didn't offer faster shipping at this time. I would recommend Koala look into that. The box they came in, I'm sorry, but I laughed out loud because there were these small bottles of pills in this HUGE box! The bandana is adorable and I did snap a picture of him with it on.
