Overall my experience was good. My only complaint is that it took a little longer than I would like to get the order filled. The order was placed on 3/6, and I received it on 3/23. That could have been, in part, waiting for a response from the vet, in which case some communication of that would have been nice. You did get back to me right away when I inquired about the status, and the package was sent priority mail.
The kerchief and medication information were both a nice touch, and the packaging was well done.
