I placed an order in time for it to be filled well before our dog's prescription would run out. Unfortunately, it took far longer than estimated for Koala to fill. Two phone calls to Koala and our vet coupled with a call from our vet to Koala was needed to get the prescription filled. Koala placed the meds on an "urgent fill order" and we received the meds one day before we were out. The packaging was very nice and we hope the meds will now begin to arrive monthly in a timely fashion.
