Took a couple weeks to get verification from my vet before my order could be completed. Was asked why I wanted a full year of prescriptions vs 6 months. I explained my reasoning but never heard back from Koala. I didn't know whether I would receive 6 months or 12 until my order arrived. I would have appreciated feedback after I provided my reasoning. Other than that, it was a fairly seamless process. I am likely to use them again.
