I loved the discount I received on my order & I loved the packaging and the sweet bandana for Bruno. I did not like the slow responses to my emails or not letting me know that you were waiting on another copy of his prescription and wouldn’t accept the one I sent in the mean time that showed it was from Bruno’s vet. It was on your paperwork with your name on it & you didn’t send that to me so I couldnt have filled it out ? The delay was very stressful due to the medication being heart medicine …
