Well, I love the swag!! The problem my Mom encountered was a charge to her credit card which lead me to believe my Kappra (I'm an Aussie can you tell?) was on its way to me. As it turns out my Mom had a surprise and the charge was reversed so she called Koala. Well, the VCA Neurologist hadn't not given the rx the okay for Koala to fill the medication. My Mom made multiple calls to Koala and the neurologist. I don't think my Mom is unsettled easily so I think my dx must be kind of a big thing.
