Overall went well. It seemed the issue was that our vet was really slow to respond or non responsive even and I didn’t know what was happening. I know that part isn’t Koala’s fault but some info on the account that shows when you all reached out and via what method would help me know that you all had sent 3 emails / 1 phone call etc to my vet so I would know what’s happening.
Shipping and customer service was great!
