The package took longer than usual, making me wonder if there was something wrong with the prescription or if something was missing. Luckily I'm not in a rush to use the medication. It would be risky if you need the medication right away. The medication came in a nice package with medication details, a handwritten note which is a nice touch and a cute little bandana. I would use Koala again but will have to plan it in advance so that I don't run out while waiting for the package to arrive.
