Turn around for medication has been really slow each time. My vet has tried contacting Koala several times and there is always a big delay. It's taken on average 3 weeks to get my meds. I also hate that the medication comes in a HUGE bottle. Even human medication typically doesn't come in such a large bottle. The box that it arrives in comes in a box that is 4 times the size of the bottle, so also very wasteful.
