Communication could be better. I had to call a week later to find out that there was something wrong with my prescription. I called my Veterinarian and he told me that my dog needed a heartworm test before he could prescribe Simparico.
I told him to prescribe Nexguard instead. Had to wait another week to get the new medication approved.
Not blaming Koala entirely, but communication could have been sooner to expedite the process of receiving the new medication.
Shipping was quick and the staff was friendly.
