It was a good experience. I really loved the box with the bandana. I had to call twice to check on my order and they said the vet hadn't sent the paperwork but the vet said they didnt receive the RX request when you said you sent it.
Between phone calls to Koala and Vet i was able to fix the issue and my pills were delievered on time. I appreciate that. Reasonable price
