After ordering and knowing my vet approved, I had to call twice. The first time, you were closed and someone called me back to verify the dosage. A week later I called back and the person was super nice but had no idea why it wasn't sent out the week before. She assured me she would ship it out that day. She did, which was great. But that was the only good part about my experience thus far with Koala.
