It took up to 2 weeks from when Koala received my prescription to verify and send out the medicine. This seems longer than it should for a prescription item that isn't heartgard, or nexgard.. However, when I called about status, the customer service was great, and every representative I spoke to was kind, professional and helpful. In addition, the website is easy to use, and quick. I also appreciated the information about the medicine in my care box. Overall, I'm going to stick with Koala but it may be useful to include an option on the website that your pet needs the meds by a certain timeframe as to prioritize it.
