Customer Service is excellent. Koala works well with my vet, informs me of any issues, and resolves problems quickly. I've grown to depend on Koala for my recurring prescription needs. Prices for medication are very good. My only disappointment is that one of the medications I need for another dog has been out of stock for several weeks, so I have not been able to switch to Koala.
