Great price on products and the order arrived packaged well with a hand written note, but getting the order sent out was a challenge. They weren't getting the prescription from my vet and never reached out to tell me weekday was going on. I had to call them, then call my vet. It still didn't get shipped so had to call them and my vet again. I feel that Koala should have contacted me to inform me why it was being delayed.
