My hubby put the SMALL box in the refrigerator thinking it contained the antibiotics.. only to discover it was in a bag lying under the paper in the box we tossed outside in 90° heat.. luckily I realized it in time..a warning label on the box would be best.. who puts an empty box filled with nothing but shredded hay ? And it was like trying to break into a bank.. !
Also the communication attempts between Koala and my Vet took days.. I had to intervene myself and facilitate the order.. what a bit of a hassle !
