There are many things that I really like - unfortunately my biggest complaint is that I nearly always run out of my pet's medication before the next shipment arrives. It seems to take several days (at least 5 - usually 7 or 8) from the time the order starts processing, until it is shipped. And then it usually takes at least another 7-8 days to deliver. The other services I use take no longer than 7 days total.
