Issue I had was that there was nowhere for me to say how my cats get their medications. They may get one a day, but it is half in the morning & half in the evening ( every 12 hours). I also didn't know that I had to contact you after I made my order to get the personalized presorted pouches. As I am not the only one giving them medication it would be so much easier.
