The ordering process and website was easy to maneuver through. There was a bit of a delay between when my vet verified the medication to getting it shipped to me and I did reach out to customer service. I received a timely response as well! When my medication arrived, we did receive a personalized message and handkerchief which was very kind and thoughtful.
