Although customer service by telephone is amazing, I hate that I have to call every month. The orders never come when scheduled. It’s a problem almost every month. Why? Also, the boxes that the pills come in—they are over the top. They make me feel as if money is being wasted. Could I actually have the pills for cheaper with a plain box?
