I really like everything about this company except the LONG wait time for getting the meds for my beloved pet. It took awhile for the order to be verified with my Vet because I kept calling to see when Koala called them and it was days before the call and then days before I received the meds. I just wish it was a faster process. Other places I have used took no more than 3-5 days from order to delivery.
