I ordered at least 10 days before my pet needed refills to accommodate processing time. There were problems with my prescription submission due to the vet's records on day 1 - I do not hold koala liable for that. However, having to order based on month supplies vs pill counts is also frustrating/inconvenient. The back and forth with koala was also very time consuming over multiple days. I responded quickly to koala's inquiries but then didn't see any movement on my order for another day. Due to this my pet's medication ran out before my order even shipped so I still had to place an order with my vet. There is no convenience factor there. Once things got moving, it still took 2 days to ship my order even though I called to stress the urgency. I was told it would be 'rushed' but it didn't even ship that day. Once the meds arrived I was annoyed by the packaging. One of his meds (heart meds) is typically shipped as a full, sealed bottle - I received the medication repackaged in a koala bottle... Why waste more plastic this way? Just frustrated by the experience and don't think I will order again.
