When I initially used Koala Health, everything went smoothly. I honestly didn't think I signed up for Auto Ship, as it was for a script that my dog only takes 1 time a year (that's good for 3 mos.). I didn't see any reminder emails, and only until I saw something was being shipped could I call. They said I could not return it, even though I will not need it again until next May.
