I have been happy with Koala. So much so I recommended to my daughter. She had a HORRIBLE experience. Her order was automatically reordered 6 weeks later. She did NOT receive the 3 day reminder email as is policy. She received the "thank you for your order" email at 6am and 6 hours later the email that the order shipped. As soon as she saw this she tried to cancel. After several emails and phone calls, Koala refused to cancel and refund her. $90 out of her pocket. I will fill my remaining prescriptions because I have to, but Koala has lost a loyal customer.
