I did not appreciate the snide remark from the second customer service rep. I spoke to briefly, "I see you called yesterday." I wanted to check up on my dogs medication, I didn't know that was a problem. Also, the amount of extra material shipped with the medication is unnecessary and hardly eco-friendly.
