At first I was concerned because my order wasn’t being processed . When I called I got a representative who was very informative as to what was the issue. Somehow, it showed up as my pet and I having the same name, so faxing info to my vets office they were not able to find a record of my pet . Within 5 mins the rep had to issue resolved. My pups meds arrived with in a week later!
