Koala Health pricing on a 40% off was a very good price. I will not use them again. At best they're very poor at responding to email inquiries. And as I'm on the west coast and they're on the East Coast with the time difference it's very hard to reach them by phone. There is no after hour support or chat. There's easier companies out there to do business with.
