I got the wrong item even after I confirmed with the vet to approve what Angus was on before and that included heart medicine, it's the only reason I bought the product. when it arrived it was only flea and tick. I called and the woman said she would ask her supervisor what they could do because they don't do returns and that was a week ago with no other contact. The email I got when I made the purchase doesn't show what I bought on it from Koala it just says the order is being processed so I wasn't able to see the issue ahead of time before the product was sent out it just says an order number, not a description on what you bought. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
