There was an error on your part with your software that changed my zip and therefore my Credit Card did not work. You notified me on 12/6, I called my bank & was told that there was not a problem on their end. I called you on 12/7 and talked to someone in customer service who had to re-enter my profile. She said the order would go out within a couple of days. Nothing happened on your end until 12/13. I received an email from you saying my order shipped on 12/13 and I got it on 12/16. The second person I talked to was unable to do anything and transferred me to Jori a manager. She was not helpful at all. She could only point out that they sent an email asking me to call them. She was extremely unhelpful bordering on rude. No apology for my inconvenience. She continued to say I was the one that didn't call them and it was not their fault. She ended up telling me that she would credit me $20, but I had asked to have my order sent overnight, but refused to do it. Before this happened I never had any problems getting my product. I was out of treats for my dogs and was not happy. I have them now, but wanted to let you know of poor experience with Jori. Call me if you have any questions. 612-965-5429.
