I ordered meds November 23, after about three weeks I called to check on the status and they said it was lost & they were going to replace it. December 21 I received an empty box with no medication in it. Two days ago I was told they were still waiting on my vets approval for the replacement, and today I called and they basically accused me of lying saying that they hadn’t processed the replacement because they checked their cameras and it showed they put the medicine in the box. Over a month and I never recieved any meds. They finally agreed to a refund, but the 1 star is because I felt they were accusing me of lying when I was being 100% truthful… all the while my sweet pup is still waiting for his meds. Won’t use this pharmacy again.
