Placed an order, never heard anything except for the original email with my invoice. Called 10 days later (when my dog was almost out of the medicine we had ordered) and when they looked in the notes they said they had emailed me a question but come to find out they had misspelled my email (which is strange since they sent over the bill to the correct email).
