I placed the order on 12/12/23 and did not receive the shipment until 12/30/23. My dog was out of medication for multiple days and was receiving symptoms again. The medication did not ship after I ordered it because the system ordered as 1 pill a day instead of 1/2 a pill a day. I always give my dog 1/2 a pill a day and I was simply trying to re-order the last prescription that I ordered, I did not intentionally fill in 1/2 a pill a day. It would be nice if the system saved the prescription I last ordered to make it easy to refill without mixups that cause shipping delays.
