My order took over 3 weeks to get because of the pharmacy department. I have 5 dogs and took them all in for heartworm/yearly in December to my vet’s clinic. Once they all tested negative I put an order in with Koala, like I did the previous year. The pharmacy department kept sending approval for 1 of the 5 dogs. After endless calls Koala support and my vet office, I finally went in to the vet office to see what is going on on their end. The emails and documents I saw showed it was a problem on Koala’s end being lazy and only sending one dog for approval. I called customer service (again) at the vet office and had them talk to the vet directly. This was such a hassle and I will never use them again.
