Easy to create an account, however, when I ordered my dogs prescription, Koala needed to verify a change with me. I was never notified that I needed to give my ok. 7 days had past and and my dogs life savings prescriptions were down to a day. I had to call my vet and get a rush emergency order in to a local pharmacy. When I called I was given nothing but excuses. My dog could have died. Why wasn’t I notified that a change was made and that I had to check back in? Not good !
